How to look after your skin at night
We know what it’s like, getting to the end of a long day when all you want to do is put your PJs on, plonk yourself down and do absolutely nothing at all. The last thing you want to do is go through an extensive skincare routine; the temptation to reach for a makeup wipe and be done with it is all too real (we know, we’ve been there). But with a build-up of dirt throughout the day as well as exposure to pollution and daily aggressors, nighttime is probably the most important time to look after your skin. With a little help from our friends at natural skincare brand Jurlique, here are our top tips for the best nighttime skincare routine. Cleanse (properly) A good cleanser will wash away the day’s impurities, makeup and pollution. Regular face washes won’t give you a deep enough clean, so look for a cleanser with a cream or gel base.
