Magnesium Rich Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are the perfect go-to snack for the whole family. Jam packed with magnesium goodness and super easy to whip up.

INGREDIENTS:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 large ripe bananas, mashed (approx. 300g)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup natural almond butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 cups quick-cooking oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp baking soda⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pinch of salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

METHOD:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preheat oven to 180C⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In a medium mixing bowl combine banana with almond butter and oats.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fold through baking soda, choc chips and add a pinch of salt.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cover a tray with baking paper. Scoop approximately 20 tablespoon-size spoonfuls into a cookie shape and flatten with a spatula.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly brown. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then remove from cookie sheet. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
