Do I need a discount code?

No, there is no coupon code required. Simply visit our website during the sale period, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout to enjoy the discount.

Can I combine the sale discount with other offers or promotions?

No, the sale discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. All other codes will be switched off for the sale period.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping may be longer than usual. Our team will be working hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Please be patient. What happens if an item sells out before I check out?

Can I change my address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change any addresses or order details. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Go to the Australia Post website through this link, or if you selected DHL, you can lodge a re-direct through their website here

I placed my order a few days ago, can I cancel or change this to shop during the sale instead?

Unfortunately not. However, it’s a great time to stock up!

I missed the sale! Can I still have the discount?

No, the discount is only available during the sale period.

Can I apply a gift card during the sale?

Yes, gift cards can still be used during the sale. Please note that the 40% discount will apply to the total before the gift card is applied.

What payment methods do you accept during the sale?

Will I get a confirmation email after I place my order?

STOCK & OVERSOLD ITEMS
Due to the high volume of traffic during our flash sale, we may experience items selling out or overselling. This can happen when multiple customers are checking out at the same time for the same product. Our system may not update fast enough to reflect that another customer has purchased the last item just before your payment is processed.

In the event that an item you purchased becomes oversold, you will receive a full refund for that item back to your original payment method. Please note that during this sale, processing times may be extended, and it may take up to 10 business days to notify you of any oversold items.

If your order contains multiple items, the remaining items will still be shipped to you.

DYNAMIC PRICING

During the flash sale, prices are subject to change based on availability and demand. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price for that transaction. We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments if the price decreases after your order is placed.

DISPATCH & SHIPPING DELAYS
