Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The "ThermoMix TMZ" (the “Promotion”) will begin at 2.00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on June 18th 2025 and will end at 11:59 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on June 30th, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and accept Salt Lab’s decisions as final and binding in all respects. No prize will be awarded unless Salt Lab determines, at its sole discretion, that the winner has complied with all the terms and conditions.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, or any other social media platform or medium in which it is promoted.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Salt Lab, its affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, or spouses of any of the above) and household members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win the prize.

3. How to Enter

Entry Criteria: To participate, eligible entrants must make a purchase through saltlaboratory.com during the campaign period.
One Entry Per Purchase: Each individual purchase transaction qualifies as one (1) entry into the competition. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is associated with a separate purchase.
Verification of Entries: Proof of purchase may be requested by the Promoter to verify an entry’s eligibility. Failure to provide proof upon request may result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection

Random Draw: The winner will be selected by a random draw on 2nd July 2025 at 9:00 am AEST at the Promoter’s business address (Unit 7/1 Lennon Street, West Melbourne, VIC).
Notification: The winner will be notified in writing (via email) to the address provided during the purchase within seven days of the major prize draw.
Announcement: The winner details (first name and order number) will be published on Salt Lab’s website and social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram) within 30 days of the major prize draw and any unclaimed prize draw. The notification will be sent by 4:00 pm AEST on 2nd July 2025.

5. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) ThermoMix TM7. Prize valued up to $2,649AUD (Delivery expectation Aug 2025)

The prize is not transferable, or redeemable for cash or any other alternatives.
Salt Lab will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or non-redemption of the prize once delivered to the winner.

6. Claiming the Prize

Response Requirement: The winner must respond to the Promoter’s notification within 72 Hours to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the prize is not claimed within 72 hours, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 10th July 2025, at 9:00 am AEST at the Promoter’s business address (Unit 7/1 Lennon Street, West Melbourne, VIC). The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing (via email) within seven days, and the winner’s details (last name, first initial, and postcode) will be published on Salt Lab’s website and social media channels within 30 days.

7. Privacy

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that Salt Lab may collect, use, and disclose their personal information in accordance with Salt Lab’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion, including notifying the winner and delivering the prize.

Salt Lab may also disclose entrants’ personal information to third-party service providers for the sole purpose of fulfilling prize delivery and any legal obligations relating to the Promotion.

8. General Conditions

Salt Lab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, including if an event beyond Salt Lab’s control compromises the integrity or fairness of the Promotion.
Salt Lab is not responsible for any technical failures or issues beyond its reasonable control, including disruptions to the Promotion website or entry process.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to release Salt Lab from any liability, loss, or damage incurred in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
