Sleep Welle Calming Tea is a blend of potent herbs traditionally used to help calm, relax and ease the mind into a deep restful night's sleep. Each herbal tea bag unites the effects of hops, valerian, lemon balm, passionflower and skullcap to help create a soothing sensation. Suggested Usage: Steep. Sip. Sleep. Infuse 1-2 herbal sleep tea bags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2-10 minutes in a mug. When hot, add honey to sweeten if desired. Best consumed without milk. Use up to 3 times daily.
Contains 50 tea sachets made with unbleached paper.

Storage: Transfer tea bags to caddy or leave in refill pouch. Ensure packaging is sealed properly and stored below 30ºC in a cool, dry place.
