Why Magnesium?
Magnesium has always been at the centre of Salt Lab.
For years, our community has used magnesium as part of their evening wind-down routines to help support relaxation, muscle recovery and rest. Over time, we started hearing the same thing from our customers again and again:

And the more we thought about it, the more it made sense.
