Shipping policy

 

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. 

We are unable to ship to some locations. You can view our full list of excluded regions here.

Shipping Within Australia?

Please allow 2-5 Business days for your delivery to arrive, please note, this is the time frame once the item has left the warehouse. You will receive tracking information along the way (These emails like to land in your junk mail, Keep an eye on this). If your location is rural your delivery may take a little longer, Please allow up to 10 days.

Shipping International?

New Zealand Shipping: Please allow 2-5 business days for your delivery to arrive, please note, that this is the time frame once the item has left the warehouse. You will receive dispatch information along the way (These emails like to land in your junk mail, Keep an eye on this). 

United States Shipping: Please allow 4-9 business days for your delivery to arrive, please note, this is the time frame once the item has left the warehouse. You will receive dispatch information along the way (These emails like to land in your junk mail, Keep an eye on this). 

Rest Of World (excl US & NZ): Please allow 6-27 business days for your delivery to arrive, please note, that this is the time frame once the item has left the warehouse. You will receive dispatch information along the way (These emails like to land in your junk mail, Keep an eye on this).

We offer International shipping rates based on the country of delivery which vary from time to time.  The total delivery fee will be calculated and displayed once you have entered a delivery address.

*Please note we are not liable for further taxes and fees charged to the customer upon arriving for international orders if any applies. 

Shipping Protection Cover

We highly recommend that you add Shipping Protection to your order. This will cover you for loss, theft or damage to your goods within 30 days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged, we will issue a replacement if Shipping Protection has been taken out. 

If you do not add Shipping Protection to your order, we are also no longer liable for your parcel, as once it is with the courier, it is out of our control.
