Dates & times
The sale runs from 7am AEDT on Tuesday 25 March to 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday 31 March 2026. Orders placed outside this window are not eligible for sale pricing.

Discount
The 30% discount applies automatically at checkout - no code required. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with the sale.

Eligible products
The discount applies to full-price products and full-price bundles only. Gift cards are excluded.

Stock Stock
is limited and will not be replenished during the sale period. Items cannot be held or reserved.

Shipping
The sale is open to all countries we ship to. Standard shipping rates apply. 

Returns & exchanges
All sale purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders placed during the sale period.

Order changes
You have 90 minutes from the time of your order confirmation to request changes. After that, we're unable to modify your order.

Gift with purchase
A gift with purchase is available on orders of AUD $85 or more (or equivalent in your local currency), while stocks last. No substitutes will be offered once the gift with purchase has sold out.

Payment 
We cannot guarantee stock availability if a payment fails and needs to be retried. If you experience checkout issues, contact us at hello@saltlaboratory.com.

Gift cards
Gift cards can be used as payment during the sale but are not available at a discounted price.

General sale questions 

Q: When does the sale run? 

A: Our sitewide 30% off sale runs from Tuesday 25th March to Tuesday 31st March 2026. It kicks off at 7am AEDT and wraps up at 11:59pm AEDT on the 31st.

Q: How do I get the discount?

A: No code needed - the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Q: Can I use a discount code on top of the sale price?

A: Discount codes can't be used in conjunction with the sale. Hold on to them and you can certainly use them after the sale ends!


Q: Which products are included in the sale?

A: The 30% discount applies to full-price products and full-price bundles. Gift cards are excluded from the sale


Product and stock availability

Q: I bought something before the sale started - can I get the discount?

A: Unfortunately, purchases made outside of the sale period aren't eligible for the discount. The sale pricing only applies to orders placed between 9am AEDT on 25th March and 11:59pm AEDT on 31st March 2026.


Q: What if something sells out?

A: We do our best to keep stock ready for you, but we won’t be restocking during the sale. If you have your eye on something - don’t wait!


Q: Can I put something on hold or reserve stock?

A: We're not able to hold or reserve stock during the sale, so it's first in, best dressed.


Q: Can I use a gift card to purchase during the sale?

A: Yes, you can use a gift card as payment during the sale - however, gift cards themselves are not available at a discounted price.

Shipping and returns 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! The sale is open to every country we ship to. Wherever you are in the world, you're invited.


Q: Will my order be delayed?

A: Sales periods do mean a higher volume of orders, so there may be some delays in getting your orderto you. The good news is that you'll receive full tracking information once your order is on its way, and it'll be kept up to date throughout.


Q: Can I edit my order after I've placed it?

A: Yes - you have a 90-minute window after your order confirmation to make any changes. After that, we're unable to make edits as your order will already be on its way through our system.


Pricing and technical issues

Q: What if my payment fails during checkout?

A: If your payment fails, unfortunately, we can't guarantee the same stock will be available if you retry - especially during a busy sale period. We'd recommend having your payment details ready to go before you start shopping. If you do have checkout issues, please contact hello@saltlaboratory.com and we will support you through the process. 


Q: What is your returns and exchanges policy during the sale?

A: All sale purchases are final - we're not able to offer returns or exchanges on orders placed during the sale period. If you've got any questions about our products before you buy, reach out to our team at hello@saltlaboratory.com, and we will help you out.

Q: I missed the sale - can I still get the discount?

A: The sale is a strictly limited event and ends at 11:59pm on the 31st of March AEDT. While we can’t extend discounts, make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter - VIPs always get first access to upcoming offers and new launches.

Gift With Purchase

Q: I didn’t quite make the threshold, can I still receive the gift with purchase?

A: Sadly, the gift with purchase is only available with orders AUD$85 or AUSD $85 and above - or the equivalent in your region. 


Q: The gift with purchase is showing as sold out - can I swap it for another product?

A: Once the gift with purchase is sold out, we cannot offer any substitutes. It’s a limited-time and limited-amount offer - so get in quick!


Q: I’m not in Australia or the United States - can I still receive the gift with purchase?

A: Absolutely - as long as you meet the minimum spend threshold equivalent in your country, we will send you a gift with purchase until stock runs out
