How to use
A DAILY RITUAL
Kids Magnesium Oil:
- Best used during the evening wind-down.
- Apply 1-3 sprays onto skin at bedtime and gently massage in. Use daily.
- For the first 3 weeks, apply only to the soles of your feet.
- After 3 weeks, you can begin applying to other areas of their skin.
- Safe for children 3 months+.
Bath Salts:
- Add to a warm bath and soak for 15–20 minutes.
Magnesium Repair Cream:
- Massage a small amount into legs, arms or shoulders after play, sport or any time muscles need a little TLC.

Is it safe while pregnant and breastfeeding?
Yes, our all-natural products are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Magnesium is essential for supporting a healthy baby and its need increases during pregnancy. It will help with relaxation and soothing aches. As every pregnancy and postpartum journey is unique, we recommend consulting your GP before starting any new supplements.
How often can I use it?
You can apply magnesium oil as needed, both morning and night, as your body will self-regulate absorption. At night, it aids relaxation and sleep by calming muscles and nerves, while during the day, it supports energy through biochemical reactions that contribute to energy production.
When can I see results?
Everyone is different with the time frame to see results, it can be as quick as overnight however, it can also take a month or so.
