How to use
A COMPLETE RITUAL
Magnesium Oil
Spray liberally onto clean, dry skin and gently massage in. Use daily.For the first 3 weeks, apply only to the soles of your feet. After 3 weeks, you can begin applying to your stomach and other areas of your skin.
Muscle Repair Cream
Apply a small amount of cream to clean, dry skin and gently massage into the areas of discomfort. Wash hands after use.For best results, use the cream after physical activity or before bedtime to allow the magnesium to work overnight.
Magnesium Deodorant
Apply the Magnesium Deodorant to clean, dry skin. Remove the cap, twist the bottom to expose 1-2mm of the stick and apply two to four strokes to the underarms. Reapply throughout the day as needed.
Roll On Magnesium Oil
Roll the applicator over the desired skin area (such as neck, arms, or legs), applying a thin layer. Allow the oil to air dry for a few minutes before dressing. You can gently massage it in for better absorption. Use daily and on-the-go.

Is it safe while pregnant and breastfeeding?
Yes, our all-natural products are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Magnesium is essential for supporting a healthy baby and its need increases during pregnancy. It will help with relaxation and soothing aches. As every pregnancy and postpartum journey is unique, we recommend consulting your GP before starting any new supplements.
How often can I use it?
You can apply magnesium oil as needed, both morning and night, as your body will self-regulate absorption. At night, it aids relaxation and sleep by calming muscles and nerves, while during the day, it supports energy through biochemical reactions that contribute to energy production.
When can I see results?
Everyone is different with the time frame to see results, it can be as quick as overnight however, it can also take a month or so. Remember that we do not become deficient overnight and do not replenish overnight. Magnesium is a mineral we burn through daily, so consistency is key. We recommend applying the oil every night before bed as a non-negotiable.
How is magnesium oil different from powders and pills?
Magnesium oil can be applied straight to the skin for optimal absorption, rather than relying on the (often malfunctioning) digestive tract like powders and pills. By bypassing the digestive system, it goes straight into the bloodstream and is delivered directly to the cells that need it most.
Why does magnesium oil sting, tingle or itch for some?

You can also dilute with water (60:40) or add some coconut oil after application to make this tingle a little less uncomfortable without missing out on the benefits.
