Easter Mocktail Recipe

Easter can mean busy school holiday plans and kids on a sugar high. Take a moment for yourself with this calming evening Easter mocktail. Made with nutrient-rich tart cherry juice, it may help support better sleep and reduce muscle soreness.

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml sparkling water (chilled)

  • 75 ml tart cherry juice

  • Juice of ½ fresh orange (about 30 ml)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes if using.

  2. Pour in the tart cherry juice and fresh orange juice.

  3. Add the pinch of sea salt and stir gently.

  4. Top with sparkling water and give it a light stir.

  5. Garnish with an orange slice or a few cherries if desired.
