Something Not Right With Your Order?

Please note all orders are sent as Authority To Leave. Please ensure you enter an address that is safe to leave the parcel if no-one is home. If your address is entered at the checkout incorrectly and your order is sent back to our warehouse we will require shipping of $8 to be paid again to re-send your item. We cannot refund based of an incorrect address received. Unfortunately, we do not usually cancel or refund accepted orders. In addition, You may cancel an order if it hasn't reached our dispatch team and you haven't received a confirmation email.  In which case you adhere and are required to pay a cancellation fee of 15% of your order value due to the payment providers charging us nonrefundable fees and the admin fees to cancel your order. 


What’s not Returnable?

  • Please note that all of our boxes are sealed with tape. If the tape is torn or removed, the product is considered opened and is not eligible for return.
  • Opened products are not returnable.
  • Products in boxes with broken seals are not returnable.
  • Items not purchased at www.saltlaboratory.com
  • Items without an order number or a packing slip.
  • Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).
  • Returned Items without a tracking number 

How do I return unopened products?

  • Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 5-days of delivery by contacting us via email.
  • Unopened product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorised by Salt Lab's Customer Service Team.
  • Unopened product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped with a tracking number, this tracking number needs to be sent with your confirmation of shipping to hello@saltlaboratory.com with the subject being your order number.
  • If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you have initiated the return after the 5-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If we have not received your return within 14-days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
