2 cups rolled oats

2 cups milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)

4 tbsp almond butter (plus extra for topping)

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

1½ cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Optional: sprinkle of cacao nibs or nuts

Mix the Base
In a large bowl or jar, combine oats, milk, almond butter, cacao powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well mixed.

Chill Overnight
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to thicken.

Serve
Divide into 4 jars or bowls. If too thick, add a splash of milk.
