Protein Brownie Baked Oats

This recipe is rich, nourishing, and perfect for meal prep.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (we love oat or almond)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Handful of dark chocolate chips
  • Optional topping: extra drizzle of nut butter or a sprinkle of sea salt.

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Blend or mix oats until they resemble coarse flour.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  4. Pour into greased ramekins or a small baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set but slightly soft in the centre.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.To serve:
  7. Enjoy warm with yoghurt, berries, or your morning coffee.
  8. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days, they reheat perfectly for calm, effortless mornings.
