Are the fragrances synthetic?
No, the fragrance in our body care range comes from natural essential oils such as citrus peel, bergamot, black pepper, and lavender.
Are there any allergens in the ingredients?
Our Hand & Body Wash contains three naturally occurring fragrance compounds that are required by cosmetic regulations to be declared on the label — not because they're harmful, but because a small number of people can be sensitive to them. They are:
Linalool — naturally found in lavender and coriander
Limonene — naturally found in citrus peel
Linalyl Acetate — naturally found in lavender and clary sage
These come from the natural essential oils in the formula, not from synthetic fragrance chemicals. If you know you're sensitive to any of these, we'd recommend a patch test before use.
