Tips Before Requesting a Return

I’ve used it for a few nights and I’m not seeing results. What should I do?

Magnesium works differently for everyone. Some feel results overnight, while others may need a few weeks of consistent use—especially if magnesium levels are low. Start with application to the soles of your feet before bed and give your body time to adjust.

It tingles or stings when I apply it—is that normal?

Yes—tingling, itching, or stinging can be signs of a magnesium deficiency. Start by spraying your feet only for a few weeks, dilute the spray with water (60:40), or apply a layer of coconut oil after spraying to reduce sensitivity, or you can try our Kids Magnesium Oil Spray instead, it is formulated to be more gentle but still just as effective!

My feet are dry or peeling—should I stop using it?

Dryness can occur, especially if you already have dry skin. Try switching application to your stomach for a few weeks to allow your feet to recover, or follow up with a gentle moisturiser after application.

It’s made my skin itchy—is that a reaction?

Our magnesium spray is highly concentrated. If you’re experiencing itchiness, it may be due to deficiency or sensitive skin. Diluting with water or switching to Kids Magnesium Oil (which is gentler) can help.

I feel anxious or restless after applying. Is this a side effect?

Some people feel energised or alert when they first start using magnesium—especially if applying close to bedtime. Try applying earlier in the evening or reduce the amount. If symptoms persist, pause use and consult your GP.

There’s a sticky or oily residue on my skin—is that normal?

Our spray is water-based and quick-drying. If you notice stickiness, allow 10 minutes for absorption, then rinse or pat dry. Unlike other magnesium oils, ours contains no actual oil.
