eComm Manager

The Role

We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our online store and digital sales channels. You’ll be at the centre of Salt Lab’s growth journey - optimising our Shopify site, launching campaigns, and making sure our customers enjoy a seamless experience from first click to checkout.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily Shopify operations including product uploads, collections, inventory accuracy, and site updates.
Execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
Track and optimise key e-commerce KPIs - conversion rates, AOV, repeat purchases, and MER.
Monitor customer feedback and partner with fulfilment teams to deliver a consistently positive experience.
Provide actionable insights from analytics to improve site performance and the customer journey.
Stay ahead of industry trends and platform innovations to keep Salt Lab at the forefront of digital retail.

What You Bring

4+ years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Hands-on Shopify experience, plus confidence with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.
A solid grasp of e-commerce funnels, CRO, and customer journey optimisation.
Strong analytical skills - comfortable turning data into commercial actions.
Attention to detail, organisational strength, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for building great customer experiences.
