How To Use Magnesium Oil:

Muscle Recovery

After a workout, spritz 2-6 sprays directly onto the muscles trained or area you are feeling tension, Rub in and allow to dry before covering. Applying directly onto the muscle will allow that area to access the mineral directly resulting in fast effective relief.


Used before bed, this product will help you take the time to reset and truly relax before you drift off to sleep. Simply spritz 2-6 sprays (or until the area is covered well) onto your stomach and feet, rub in and allow to dry prior to covering up with clothing.

Restless Leg Syndrome

If you experience restless leg syndrome, spray 2-6 spritzes of magnesium oil on your legs before bed and massage in.


Magnesium oil is great for helping relieve cramping. Spritz 2-6 sprays on the area you are experiencing cramping to relieve those cramped muscles and reduce pain. We recommend using every night to help prevent the cramps coming on.

We recommend diluting the formula with water slightly beginning with a 50:50 mix applied to the feet for around two weeks at this strength. You can then build up to a stronger formula and apply to their stomach and feet at night before bed to help them drift off and stay asleep.

For growing pains, spray the diluted mixture (or the regular formula if your child has become accustomed to the product) on the sore areas and rub in.
