Absolutely love my salt lab magnesium products! I find the Muscle cream gives me fast relief from recurring chronic pain & it really helps in enabling me to sleep. The spray is great for everyday use on my painful feet & also gives me enough relief from pain to walk & sleep.
These products are pleasant to apply and don't have the stickiness I have experienced with others. They ease my muscle pain too.
Have been spraying the magnesium on the soles of my feet since I received it but im afraid it has done nothing for my sleep but will keep going its early days

The magnesium spray sounded good on paper, so I bought some, sprayed it on my feet for about 3 weeks. I have not slept any better, and - bonus! - the skin on the soles of my feet is peeling off in sheets. this is what I get for falling for some random thing on the internet. "If it sounds too goodto be true..."

The peeling you’re describing can actually be a common reaction, as magnesium chloride can be quite drying on the skin, especially on the soles of the feet. A simple fix is to apply a light layer of moisturiser after spraying, which helps restore hydration and usually stops the peeling.

the rollon needs work. the ball barely moves and very little oil comes out. would not order again. and can you just make a magnesium creme plain,

As for the cream, even though it’s called Muscle Repair, it can actually be used for everything, not just muscle recovery. The name reflects what most people use it for, but it’s absolutely suitable for general aches, tension, sleep support, and everyday use. The few times I have used lotion, I found my legs felt great.
However the fluid is not what I expected. The fluid feels very watery & even after massaging oil in, legs are very sticky. Not sure if its supposed to be like that, but I will persevere as I said legs feel great after,

The magnesium oil can definitely feel a bit watery, that’s completely normal, as it’s actually magnesium chloride mixed with water. A slight stickiness can happen too, especially if a bit too much is applied, but massaging it in well or using a little less usually helps.
