I love this ! I use it on a sore knee I sometimes get. I rub it in at night. It is so easy to use and nice to know it’s natural salt and good for you. I keep it on my nightstand beside my bed.

This cream works well on my bad knees when they are playing up. Eases the pain quite well. Also helps with my youngest sons growing pains and helps him sleep at night pain free - definitely worth it just for that reason!
