Magnesium Rich Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are the perfect go-to snack for the whole family. Jam-packed with magnesium goodness and super easy to whip up.

BAKE THESE 🖤 for a simple, soul-satisfying and magnesium-rich snack!
Serves: 20

INGREDIENTS:
2 large ripe bananas, mashed (approx. 300g)
1/2 cup natural almond butter
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt

METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180C
In a medium mixing bowl combine banana with almond butter and oats.
Fold through baking soda, choc chips and add a pinch of salt.
Cover a tray with baking paper. Scoop approximately 20 tablespoon-size spoonfuls into a cookie shape and flatten with a spatula.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly brown. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then remove from cookie sheet. 


For optimal freshness, store leftover cookies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
