Avocado & Smoked Salmon Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sliced radishes, microgreens, or cherry tomatoes

Instructions:
