How to use
A WEEKLY RITUAL
Draw a warm bath and sprinkle in the full contents of your Magnesium Reset Bath Salt pack, including the sachet of Bentonite Clay. Soak for at least 20 minutes to unwind and enjoy a moment of stillness and self-care.
Each pack is perfectly portioned for a full bath. For children, use ¼ to ½ of the pouch, adjust based on the amount of water in their bath.
Our bath salts come in 100% home-compostable pouches. Once finished, place the packaging in your compost or green bin, where it will naturally break down into organic-rich soil.

How often can I use it?

When can I see results?
Everyone is different with the time frame to see results, it can be as quick as overnight however, it can also take a month or so. Remember that we do not become deficient overnight and do not replenish overnight. Magnesium is a mineral we burn through daily, so consistency is key. We recommend applying the oil every night before bed as a non-negotiable.
