Mango Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (probiotic-rich)
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
