How to use
A DAILY RITUAL
Kids Magnesium Oil
Apply 1-3 sprays onto skin at bedtime and gently massage in. Use daily.
- For the first 3 weeks, apply only to the soles of your child's feet.
- After 3 weeks, you can begin applying to the stomach and other areas of their skin.

Draw a warm bath and sprinkle in the full contents of your Magnesium Reset Bath Salt pack, including the sachet of Bentonite Clay.
- Soak for at least 20 minutes to unwind and enjoy a moment of stillness and self-care.
- Each pack is perfectly portioned for a full bath. For children, use ¼ to ½ of the pouch, adjust based on the amount of water in their bath.

Is it safe while pregnant and breastfeeding?
Yes, our all-natural products are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Magnesium is essential for supporting a healthy baby and its need increases during pregnancy. It will help with relaxation and soothing aches. As every pregnancy and postpartum journey is unique, we recommend consulting your GP before starting any new supplements.
How often can I use it?
You can apply magnesium oil as needed, both morning and night, as your body will self-regulate absorption. At night, it aids relaxation and sleep by calming muscles and nerves, while during the day, it supports energy through biochemical reactions that contribute to energy production.
When can I see results?
Everyone is different with the time frame to see results, it can be as quick as overnight however, it can also take a month or so. Remember that we do not become deficient overnight and do not replenish overnight. Magnesium is a mineral we burn through daily, so consistency is key. We recommend applying the oil every night before bed as a non-negotiable.

Salt Lab's premium Magnesium Oil products were developed by Melbourne Mumma and health expert Clementine Boshevski. This former Gym Owner, PT, Nutritionist, and Health Coach, had a “no rest for the wicked” mentality which ultimately led to major health issues and extreme exhaustion.
