Salt Lab x Eva Giveaway

1. Promoter

This competition is conducted by Salt Lab Pty Ltd (“Salt Lab”) in collaboration with Eva (“Eva”). Salt Lab and Eva are collectively referred to as “the Promoters”.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 8:00am AEDT on 10 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 15 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition during the Promotion Period, entrants must:

  1. Complete the official entry form via the Salt Lab landing page, including:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Postcode 

By submitting the entry form, entrants agree to opt-in to receive marketing communications from both Salt Lab and Eva. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Entries that do not meet all entry requirements may be deemed invalid.

5. Multiple Entries

Multiple entries are not permitted. Only one entry per person/email address will be accepted.

6. Prize Details

There will be one (1) winner.

The prize includes:

  • 12 Months worth of Salt Lab Magnesium (valued at AUD $800)

  • Eva Comfort Classic Mattress

Total prize value: AUD $2000 (approximate; value may vary depending on currency exchange rates in NZ and final mattress size).

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be drawn at random within 3 business days of the competition closing date.

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of being notified, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

 

8. Prize Delivery

The Salt Lab Magnesium will be shipped by Salt Lab to the winner’s nominated address.

The Eva Comfort Classic Mattress shipped by Eva to the winner’s nominated address.

The Promoters are not responsible for any lost, delayed or damaged shipments once dispatched.

 

 

9. Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection of their personal information by Salt Lab and Eva for the purpose of administering the promotion and for marketing communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with each Promoter’s respective Privacy Policy:

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the relevant Promoter.

 

 

10. General

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

The Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
