  • 1 medium banana (ripe, for natural sweetness)
  • 200 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder (for a gentle caffeine boost and antioxidants)
  • 1 handful spinach leaves (about 30g, rich in magnesium and vitamins)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (loaded with magnesium, fibre, and omega-3 fatty acids)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (for added creaminess and magnesium)
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs (optional, for a magnesium-rich crunch)
  • 5-6 ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)


  1. Prep the Ingredients:

    • Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
    • Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly.

  2. Blend the Base:

    • Add the almond milk and spinach leaves to your blender. Blend until the spinach is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
